Job Title: Business Process Optimization Specialist

As a business process optimization specialist, you will play a pivotal role in driving operational excellence, supporting data-driven decision-making, and promoting cloud-based innovation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deploy cloud-based solutions, leveraging AWS cloud cost optimization strategies.
  • Assist with infrastructure monitoring, capacity planning, and resiliency efforts to ensure seamless platform operations.

Qualifications include:

  • Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Data Science, or Information Systems.
  • 3–5 years' experience in data analysis, business intelligence, and cloud operations.
  • Proficiency in SQL, Python/R, and hands-on experience with AWS cloud and FinOps practices.
  • Knowledge of infrastructure monitoring and cost optimization techniques.
  • Preferred qualifications include AWS certifications, Databricks/Big Data exposure, and experience with IaC/CI-CD tools.

Key performance indicators (KPIs) will be developed and tracked to measure success. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand requirements and provide data-driven insights to inform business decisions.
