Cel Answers Engineer

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Cel answers engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in data analytics, process mining, and hands-on experience with Celonis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure and deploy Celonis EMS for client projects
  • Extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from enterprise resource planning systems
  • Build and optimize event logs, data models, and process flows
  • Analyze business processes using Celonis to identify inefficiencies and bottlenecks
  • Develop dashboards, key performance indicators, and action flows to visualize insights and drive improvements
  • Work closely with business and technical teams to gather requirements
  • Translate business needs into technical solutions using Celonis capabilities
  • Stay updated with Celonis product updates and best practices
  • Propose enhancements to existing implementations for better performance and scalability
  • Maintain clear documentation of data models, ETL pipelines, and solution architecture
  • Provide training and support to internal teams and clients on Celonis usage.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 5+ years overall in data analytics, process improvement, or implementation roles
  • 2+ years hands-on experience with Celonis EMS
  • Proficiency in SQL, parametric query language, and extract, transform, and load tools
  • Experience with enterprise resource planning systems
  • Familiarity with scripting languages
  • Strong understanding of business process management
  • Ability to interpret and model complex workflows
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail
  • Self-driven and comfortable working remotely

Education:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field
