ERP Specialist Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced ERP specialist to lead the technical setup, configuration, and optimization of our new ERP environment. This role requires both technical capability and practical business process understanding.

The specialist will be working with and supported by members of our team, who have already begun the setup process. We need someone to configure Zoho Books, Inventory, and Creator to support invoicing, AR/AP, inventory, cylinder tracking/management, and customer management.

  • Configure Zoho Books, Inventory, and Creator.
  • Migrate customer, product, and transaction data from our legacy ERP with accuracy and integrity.
  • Develop custom modules, workflows, and automations as appropriate to fit our operations.
  • Integrate Zoho with third-party tools as appropriate.
  • Test, train, and support team members during rollout.
Key Requirements
  • Proven ERP implementation experience, especially with Zoho One.
  • Skilled in ERP migration, workflow automation, and custom module development.
  • Strong understanding of inventory and rental asset tracking.
  • Excellent communication and training skills.
  • Collaborating live with our team over Zoom will be required to ensure real-time collaboration, troubleshooting, and approvals.
