Job Title: Process Optimization Specialist

At our organization, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Process Optimization Specialist to join our team.

As a Process Optimization Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  1. Developing and implementing manufacturing processes that meet customer requirements and company standards through effective process optimization techniques.
  2. Working closely with cross-functional teams to design and optimize industrial layouts, ensuring seamless integration and efficient workflows.
  3. Collaborating with engineers and technicians to resolve process-related issues and improve productivity by analyzing and optimizing key performance indicators (KPIs).
  4. Supporting the development of product lifecycle management (PLM) deliverables from concept to commercialization, leveraging expertise in process optimization and quality control.
  5. Maintaining knowledge of resource life cycles, FCC maintenance, and PQCP procedures to ensure compliance and quality assurance.

Requirements:

  • 4-6 years of experience in process engineering or a related field, with a focus on process optimization and improvement.
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field, with a strong foundation in mathematics and science.
  • Experience with eBOM, mBOM, BOR, BOP, and SC lists, as well as proficiency in PLM systems and tools.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field, with advanced knowledge of process optimization and quality control.
  • Certification in Lean Six Sigma or a related field, demonstrating expertise in process improvement and optimization methodologies.
