AI Innovation Specialist

We are seeking a skilled AI Innovation Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in designing and developing AI solutions using Python with proficiency in frameworks such as Flask, Streamlit, and FastAPI.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop intelligent agents and agent-based systems.
  • Apply Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) techniques, including GraphRAG, to enhance model performance.
  • Engineer memory and context-aware systems for dynamic AI interactions.
  • Collaborate on solutioning initiatives in Data and GenAI, driving innovation and efficiency.

Required Skills:

  • Strong programming skills in Python.
  • Experience with one or more of the following: LangChain, LangGraph, crew.ai, Autogen.
  • Deep understanding of Agent Architectures, RAG, and GraphRAG.
  • Familiarity with memory management and context engineering in AI systems.

Experience Range: 4 to 8 years
