Business Intelligence Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Business Intelligence Specialist to join our team and play a pivotal role in driving business strategy and enhancing operational efficiency.

This is a critical role that acts as a strategic bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams. The Business Intelligence Specialist identifies opportunities, translates business needs into solutions, and ensures that initiatives deliver measurable business value.

The successful candidate will have experience in business analysis, with 3-6 years of experience in AI/ML projects. They will be familiar with AI/ML concepts, such as NLP, computer vision, and generative AI. Additionally, they will have basic knowledge of Python, SQL, Tableau, or Power BI, and understanding of AI platforms like AWS SageMaker, Azure ML, and Google Vertex AI.

The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of business strategy, operations, and financial modeling. They will be able to align initiatives with organizational goals and have excellent communication and storytelling skills.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  1. Ai Opportunity Identification
  • Discover and prioritize AI/ML use cases that align with business goals.
  • Conduct workshops and stakeholder interviews to uncover pain points and automation opportunities.
Requirements Gathering & Translation
  • Convert business requirements into technical specifications for AI/ML teams.
  • Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to ensure feasibility and alignment.
Business Case Development
  • Build ROI models, feasibility studies, and risk assessments for AI initiatives.
  • Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership.
Performance Monitoring
  • Define KPIs and success metrics for AI projects.
  • Track and report on project outcomes and business impact.
Stakeholder Management
  • Act as a liaison between business units and technical teams.
  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and communication.
Ai Governance & Ethics
  • Ensure AI solutions comply with ethical standards, data privacy laws, and regulatory requirements.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Data Science, or related field, and an MBA or Master's degree is preferred.
