Job Title: Digital Transformation Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented professional to join our team as a Digital Transformation Specialist. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for interpreting and transforming source risk files into WRR-importable formats.

This is an exciting opportunity to apply your analytical skills and business acumen to drive process improvements and enhance our data management capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Interpretation and Transformation: Interpret source risk files (HA, xFMEA, UTAs) per MDCP into WRR-importable formats.
  • Data Alignment: Ensure contextual alignment between source and target data structures.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with MDCP SMEs to validate transformation logic and assumptions.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools (Excel, Word, SharePoint).
  • Scripting and Database Expertise: Macros and Python scripting skills, SQL databases expertise.
  • Platform Knowledge: Windchill Platform (WRR module) knowledge.
  • Communication Skills: Ability to resolve and communicate discrepancies.
