Artificial Intelligence Transformation Specialist

The role of the Artificial Intelligence Transformation Specialist is to deliver end-to-end AI transformation services to clients. This includes conducting AI readiness assessments and developing a data strategy that drives business growth.

To achieve this, the specialist will collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery and adoption of AI solutions. This involves working closely with stakeholders to design scalable data pipelines and AI-ready data layers, while ensuring data quality and integrity.

In addition to these responsibilities, the specialist will develop and deploy AI/ML models and intelligent agents integrated with business operations. They will also have hands-on experience with Python, SQL, and ML frameworks like scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.

For this role, we are seeking an individual with 3+ years of experience in AI/data transformation roles at a consulting or technology services company. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in engaging enterprise clients and leading AI strategy and execution. They must also possess strong knowledge of data engineering, cloud data lakes, and modern AI/ML development workflows.
