About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned and strategic HR leader to head the Human Resources Operations function across our organization.

This role will be pivotal in driving operational excellence, standardizing processes, and managing a team of senior HR leaders across multiple sites and corporate locations.

The incumbent will report directly to the CHRO and will be instrumental in shaping the HR operations framework aligned with the company's long-term goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and Oversee End-to-End HR Operations: Across the organization, including multiple sites and corporate teams.
  • Manage and Mentor Senior HR Leaders: Site HR Heads and Corporate HR teams.
  • Drive Implementation and Governance: Of HR policies, procedures, and compliance frameworks.
  • Employee Life Cycle Management: Onboarding, transfers, exits, and documentation.
  • HRIS Systems and Workflows: Strengthen and scale.
  • Statutory Compliance: Ensure across all HR functions.
  • Grievance Redressal: Proactively handle workplace practices and policy implementation.
  • Best Practices in HR Operations: Define and implement to enhance efficiency, standardization, and employee experience.

Qualifications:

  • MBA in HR from Top Tier 2 Institutes.
  • 20 + years of progressive experience in HR Operations within large organizations.

Required Skills:

  • Strong experience in managing multi-location HR teams and high-scale operations.
  • Deep understanding of HR systems, compliance, labor laws, process design and execution.
  • Demonstrated ability to work at a strategic level, while managing complex operational details.
  • Must have experience reporting to CXO/CHRO level leadership.
