    • Evaluate training effectiveness and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Organizational Culture & Employee Engagement:
    • Foster a positive organizational culture promoting engagement and productivity.
    • Develop strategies to measure and improve employee engagement and satisfaction.
    • Ensure effective communication channels within the organization.
    • Facilitate team-building activities to improve collaboration and performance.
  • Organizational Design & Structure:
    • Analyze and design organizational structures to support business goals.
    • Clearly define roles and responsibilities to ensure clarity and accountability.
  • Employee Relations:
    • Develop and enforce HR policies and procedures supporting organizational goals.
    • Ensure labor law compliance.
