Job Overview:

Sales Professional

We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven Sales Professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, expanding market presence, and building strong relationships with clients in the assigned territory.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Promote and sell hygiene products within the assigned area.
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets as set by the company.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealers and key clients.
  • Identify and onboard new clients, expanding the customer base.
  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to educate clients about solutions.
  • Monitor competitor activity and provide market intelligence to management.
  • Evaluate client satisfaction and after-sales support.
  • Submit accurate daily and weekly sales reports to management.

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of sales experience in FMCG, hygiene, or related industry preferred.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Knowledge of hygiene and cleaning solutions an advantage.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned area.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-focused.
