Role Overview

This position focuses on designing and executing customer retention strategies to drive engagement and loyalty. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, experience in CRM or lifecycle marketing, and a deep understanding of segmentation, personalization, and journey mapping.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Campaign Strategy: Develop and implement data-driven CRM campaign calendars to enhance customer experiences.
  • Task Management: Oversee daily tasks, ensuring seamless coordination with internal teams to achieve business objectives.
  • Journey Design: Create personalized customer journeys across various touchpoints to optimize user engagement.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to drive business growth through informed decisions.
  • Performance Tracking: Design and maintain dashboards to track campaign performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze data to gain valuable insights and inform future marketing strategies.
  • Vendor Partnerships: Foster relationships with CRM platform vendors, ensuring timely resolution of operational issues and tracking new feature rollouts.
Requirements:
  • Experience: 3-5 years in CRM or lifecycle marketing in consumer tech or e-commerce.
  • Segmentation Skills: Strong grasp of segmentation, personalization, and journey mapping concepts.
  • Analytical Mindset: Proven analytical skills with experience in campaign reporting and A/B testing.
  • CRM Tools: Hands-on knowledge of CRM and attribution tools.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
