Job Title: AI Strategist

Location: Kanpur, India

Role Overview

We are seeking a visionary leader to spearhead our Artificial Intelligence department. As the AI Strategist, you will be responsible for leading the AI/ML strategy and revolutionizing our matchmaking platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive AI/ML roadmap that powers personalized matchmaking, fraud detection, and real-time decision-making models.
  • Champion the integration of AI and LLMs to drive developer productivity, automated testing, and code quality.
  • Leverage recommendation engines to personalize matchmaking, content discovery, and enhance overall customer experience.
  • Deploy LLM-based solutions to elevate customer support, retention journeys, and contextual engagement.
  • Advanced Analytics for Business Growth: Lead analytics initiatives that drive revenue growth, optimize conversion rates, and improve engagement by turning data into actionable insights.
  • Team Leadership & Innovation: Build, inspire, and lead a world-class data science team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and collaboration.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Leadership teams to align AI/ML innovations with business objectives.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 18+ years in technology leadership, including 5+ years in AI product development (AI/ML/LLM implementation in B2C/B2B applications).
  • B.E./B.Tech or M. Tech in Computer Science or related field from Tier 1 or Premium Engineering Institutions; MBA or executive education preferred.
