Artificial Intelligence Strategist

Job Overview

An experienced AI Specialist with a strong background in designing and developing AI solutions using Python is required to drive innovation and efficiency in our organization. The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of experience in architecting and implementing intelligent agents and agent-based systems.

The successful candidate will be proficient in frameworks such as Flask, Streamlit, and FastAPI, and will have expertise in Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) techniques, including GraphRAG. Additionally, the individual will have experience working with modern AI frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, crew.ai, or Autogen.

As an Artificial Intelligence Strategist, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to design and optimize Agent Architectures and Multi-Component Pipelines (MCP). Your deep understanding of memory management and context engineering in AI systems will enable you to engineer memory and context-aware systems for dynamic AI interactions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Architect and implement intelligent agents and agent-based systems.
  • Apply RAG techniques, including GraphRAG, to enhance model performance.
  • Engineer memory and context-aware systems for dynamic AI interactions.
  • Collaborate on solutioning initiatives in Data and GenAI.
  • Work with modern AI frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, crew.ai, or Autogen.
  • Contribute to the design and optimization of Agent Architectures and Multi-Component Pipelines (MCP).

Requirements:

  • Strong programming skills in Python.
  • Experience with one or more of the following: LangChain, LangGraph, crew.ai, Autogen.
  • Deep understanding of Agent Architectures, RAG, and GraphRAG.
  • Familiarity with memory management and context engineering in AI systems.
