Job Title: Client Retention Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as a Client Retention Specialist. As the primary contact for our clients, you will be responsible for ensuring their success with our products and services.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in customer success or project management, with a proven track record of driving business growth and exceeding performance targets.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Support, Product Management, and Account Management, to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive business outcomes.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Serving as the primary liaison for technical questions and escalations
  • Helping customers develop success plans and providing guidance on achieving key performance indicators
  • Collaborating with Account Management teams to secure contract renewals
  • Identifying opportunities for expanding usage across the customer's organization
  • Leading Proof of Concept (POC) efforts and participating in pilot results presentations, Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), and Annual Business Reviews (ABRs)

To succeed in this role, you will need excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels of an organization.

You should be a proactive problem solver with strong analytical and project management skills, able to make independent decisions and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
