Senior Regional Operations Lead

In this pivotal role, you will oversee revenue growth and performance metrics for a designated region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prioritize strategic business decisions through qualitative insights and in-depth analysis.
  • Maintain expertise in design requisites and customer experience to drive maximum business results.
  • Lead a high-performing city team comprising Business/Design Managers, Territory Area Managers, Designers, DPs, LPs etc., providing daily guidance and support.
  • Develop an ecosystem fostering successful Design experiences for internal teams and customers alike.
  • Owning the quality of Design Closure for Livspace catalogue products and essential home improvement services within the region.
  • Drive KPIs such as timely design sign-offs, snag-free designs, sales penetration, C-sat and E-sat.
  • Act as the voice of the city and customer inside Livspace, facilitating continuous feedback to inform improvements.
