Account Strategist

 

The Role:

  • Responsible for the overall growth of a major client account, leveraging existing relationships and partnerships to drive revenue expansion across all offerings.

  • Leads strategic planning and growth initiatives, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver year-over-year growth results.

  • Builds and maintains strong professional relationships with key IT and business executives at the CXO level, fostering trust and credibility within the client organization.

  • Develops and implements tailored solutions to address the client's business needs, driving innovation and value creation through our portfolio of products and services.

  • Collaborates closely with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of services, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.

  • Identifies and capitalizes on new opportunities to grow the account, driving profitable revenue expansion and expanding our share of wallet.

 

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.

  • Minimum 15 years of experience in sales, account management, or a related field.

  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and expanding market share.

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to develop and implement effective solutions.
