Contact Center Solutions Specialist

About the Role:

This is a specialist position that involves designing, implementing, and maintaining contact center solutions.

The successful candidate will work closely with stakeholders in multiple countries to ensure the contact center infrastructure meets the evolving needs of the business community.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Design and engineering - Establish standards and blueprints for new functionality, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
  • Operations and maintenance - Manage operational run, enhancements, and platform changes, supporting change, problem, and incident management.
  • Supplier management - Monitor and manage supplier delivery to meet contractual obligations and performance standards.
  • Internal IT support - Assist with integrations, governance processes, and architecture/design.
  • Stakeholder engagement - Support country representatives and share knowledge with stakeholders as a technical escalation resource.
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years' experience working with Genesys Cloud contact center solutions.
  • Genesys Certified Professional (GCP) or equivalent certifications are desirable.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Equivalent work experience may be considered.
  • Proven experience in designing and implementing contact center solutions.
