Responsibilities:

  1. Assess training needs through surveys, interviews, and consultation with managers.
  2. Design, develop, and deliver training programs and materials for associates at all levels.
  3. Oversee onboarding programs for new hires and ongoing development for current employees.
  4. Evaluate training effectiveness and make improvements as needed.
  5. Collaborate with department leaders to ensure training aligns with business objectives.
  6. Track training participation and maintain accurate records.

Requirements:

  • Masters/Postgraduate Degree in a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in training, learning, and development or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of instructional design and adult learning principles.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in learning management systems (LMS) and training software.
  • Understanding of eCommerce and cross-border trade space.
  • Certification in training or development (e.g., CPTD, ATD, SHRM-CP).
  • Experience in retail or large-scale operations.
  • Ability to analyze data and report on training effectiveness.
