Responsibilities and Qualifications

The Regional Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving business growth through strategic partnerships and effective sales strategies.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with channel partners to identify opportunities for growth and collaboration.
  • Develop and execute short- and long-term channel sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Lead joint partner planning processes to establish mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones.
  • Coordinate the development of sales and marketing materials to support channel partners' success.
  • Train sales resources within the channel and accompany them to client meetings where possible.
  • Direct leads developed within the channel to the appropriate sales person at Maestro Realtek.
  • Manage potential channel conflict with other sales channels.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of partner programs and implement improvements.
  • Analyze market trends to develop sales plans that increase brand awareness.
  • Evaluate partner sales performance and recommend enhancements.
  • Educate partners about the company's product portfolio and services offered.
  • Address partner-related issues, sales conflicts, and pricing matters in a timely manner.
  • Manage the sales pipeline, forecast monthly sales, and identify new business opportunities.
  • Nurture positive working relationships with partners to drive business growth.
  • Stay informed about the latest developments in the marketplace and competitor activities.
Requirements:
  • Masters in Business Administration (MBA) with Marketing specialization from a reputable university.
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience, with at least 5 years in the Real Estate Industry, preferably leading a team of 5+ members.
  • Strong interpersonal and customer-facing skills, with the ability to empathize, maintain professionalism, display patience, and politeness in a sometimes pressurized environment.
  • Excellent team-working skills and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
  • Good oral communication skills, able to communicate effectively with both customers and colleagues at all levels of seniority.
  • Adaptability to the work culture of a fast-growing organization.
