Job Title: Team Leader Operations

The Role:

  • Lead and manage a team of 15–20 members to drive performance across productivity, quality, shrinkage, and attrition.
  • Provide regular coaching and support to team members, reviewing and recommending improvements to processes to enhance performance and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor performance and conduct weekly coaching sessions to ensure achievement of individual contributor targets.
  • Maintain Average Handling Time levels as per targets across tenure buckets, utilizing basic computer skills especially MS Excel.
  • Identify training needs and address process gaps to enhance team efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in handling international processes is essential for success in this role.
  • Experience in team management and supervision, with excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, is required.
  • Strong organizational and analytical abilities are necessary for managing a team effectively.
  • Flexibility to work in a dynamic environment with changing priorities is also required.
