Lease Manager Job Overview

This is a key position within our organisation, focusing on Lease Abstraction team management. As a Lease Manager, you will lead and manage the team to achieve exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee local Managed Services operations, providing leadership and people management to Managed Services employees as part of the Global Delivery Centre.
  • Engage with Business leaders globally to build and support the Managed Services team, focusing on culture, community, people management, and delivery excellence.
  • Drive global integration and standardisation by working with Department Service Offering Leadership to adopt policies, procedures, and training for India Managed Services teams.
  • Collaborate with global and local leadership to ensure commonality of approach and resource management, while contributing vision and leadership consistently with MRI's strategic plans and objectives.
  • Optimise solutions to improve performance, productivity, or reduce costs within or across Departments.
Requirements:
  • 7+ years' experience in Lease Abstraction or related field, managing a global team or other relevant leadership experience.
  • Manage abstraction projects, conducting regular meetings with the team and resolving issues, process improvement.
  • Responsible for training and onboarding of new abstractors to develop the team.
  • Leadership: Ability to inspire a team to achieve great things.
  • Execution: Demonstrated ability to take concrete actions to deliver and inspire.
  • Polished skills in communication, leadership, planning, motivation, coaching, and cross-team collaboration.
  • Excellent documentation and presentation skills.
  • Collaborator with Problem Solving, Can-do Mindset, and a client-centric focus.
  • Experience with business SaaS offers a plus.
