Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled SSIS/SSRS Lead to join our team.

  • This role will involve leading the operations team, driving strategic direction, job monitoring, scheduling, configuration and maintenance of batch jobs.

The successful candidate will be responsible for acting as the primary contact for user inquiries, troubleshooting and resolving issues to ensure a seamless experience.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing operational processes, guidelines, and best practices to streamline support operations and enhance user satisfaction.
  • Logging, prioritizing, and collaborating with product teams on resolving bugs and complex technical issues.
  • Monitoring critical issues, escalating as needed, and providing workarounds for unsupported functionality.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, business administration or a related field.
Technical Skills
  • 10+ years' database and application development and support experience.
  • Proven SQL language experience with highly performing skills.
  • Experience developing and troubleshooting SSIS packages.
  • Experience developing reports and dashboards using tools like Sisense and SSRS.
  • Experience with MS SQL Server.
  • Knowledge of Data Modeling concepts.
  • Experience with one or more scripting languages (e.g., Python, PowerShell, etc.).
