About the Role:

This is a challenging opportunity for a seasoned Oracle DBA to lead a team of experts and drive business growth through optimal database performance and management.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of Oracle DBAs to ensure optimal database performance and reliability.
  • Design, implement, and manage high availability Oracle RAC environments.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex performance issues.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive knowledge of Oracle database architecture, including Grid Installation, Upgradation, and Management.
  • Expertly troubleshoot and resolve database performance issues from SQL to Application to Database to System to Storage.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 18+ Years
  • Domain exp: Prior working experience in Telecom or BFSI companies
  • Mandatory Skills - RAC (Installation, Upgradation and Management)
  • Database backup and recovery
  • DB Migration and performance tuning

Requirements:

  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Leadership experience.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
