**Database Lead Position Overview**

We are seeking an accomplished Database Technical Lead to oversee the design, development, testing, release, maintenance, and technical support for our database solutions.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in PL/SQL procedures, functions, packages, and Oracle (RDBMS) Database.

**Key Responsibilities Include:**

  • Develop, test, and maintain high-quality database solutions.
  • Create new and review existing PL/SQL packages, procedures to support development efforts.
  • Analyze query execution plans and optimize queries for speed and resource utilization.
  • Collaborate with developers, system administrators, and data analysts to support database-related needs.
  • Design and implement scripts and tools for database monitoring, management, and automation.
  • Identify and resolve complex database issues, ensuring minimal downtime and impact.

**Requirements and Qualifications:**

  • 6-10 years' Experience in database development.
  • Strong analytical and logical problem-solving skills.
  • Proven leadership experience managing teams.
  • Prior knowledge of product-based software is preferred.
