- Must have experience working in IT business development roles with IT clients.
- Identify and evaluate new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and other lead generation methods.
- Develop and execute strategic business development plans to achieve company objectives and targets.
- Build and maintain solid relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders to enhance business opportunities.
- Conduct market research and analysis to understand industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, sales, and product development, to align strategies and achieve business goals.
- Negotiate and close deals with potential clients and partners, ensuring favorable terms and conditions.
- Monitor and report on business development activities, performance metrics, and key outcomes to senior management.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- Demonstrable experience as a business developer, sales executive, or in a similar role in business development in the Indian business landscape.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop and execute strategic plans.
- Proven experience in B2B sales and strategic partnerships.
