- We are seeking a skilled Business Growth Specialist to drive new business opportunities and maintain existing relationships.
This role involves identifying target areas for growth, pre-screening customer segments, and executing sales promotion activities. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the market, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build strong client relationships.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Achieving Business Targets: Drive new business opportunities and maintain existing relationships to meet or exceed set targets.
- Market Research: Identify target areas for growth, conduct market research, and analyze customer behavior.
- Customer Segmentation: Pre-screen customer segments based on organization norms and develop strategies to engage with them.
- Sales Promotion: Execute sales promotion activities to build customer interest in our brand.
- Client Relationship Building: Build strong client relationships both internally and externally and ensure vendor empanelment.
- Distribution Channels: Develop strong distribution channels to increase sales and revenue.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance to all Audit/RBI regulations.
