
Exit Process Coordinator

To ensure a smooth transition of departing employees, we are seeking an accomplished Exit Interview Specialist to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the group mailbox and SharePoint for incoming requests and update the respective tools with employee responses.
- Conduct exit interviews with departing employees while maintaining confidentiality and ensuring objective discussions.
- Liaise with the ethics and compliance team on ethics-related concerns and collaborate with stakeholders on exceptional or new scenarios.
- Prepare and publish weekly and monthly reports on all transactions processed and ensure adherence to service level agreements.
The ideal candidate should possess 4-6 years of experience in exit interview processes, exhibit strong communication and listening skills, and demonstrate the ability to work as an individual contributor while being a collaborative team player. Proficiency in handling pilot transitions, knowledge transfer, and client-facing exposure is highly valued.
