Job Title: Premier Project Coordinator

The role of the Project Coordinator is pivotal in ensuring the successful implementation of programs and projects within an organization. They are responsible for planning, overseeing, and evaluating project activities, while ensuring alignment with the organization's mission and vision.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Project Planning and Implementation:
  • Develop comprehensive plans to achieve project objectives, including monthly, quarterly, and annual goals.
  • Oversee day-to-day project activities, ensuring timely completion, budget adherence, and quality standards.
Monitoring, Evaluation, and Reporting:
  • Monitor project progress, collecting and analyzing data to inform decision-making.
  • Prepare and submit reports to stakeholders, including donors, leadership, and board members.
  • Conduct field visits, quality checks, and provide feedback to field staff.
Stakeholder Management and Networking:
  • Liaise with local communities, partner organizations, CSOs, CBOs, government agencies, and media outlets.
  • Build and maintain relationships with funders, donors, and other stakeholders.
Resource and Budget Management:
  • Develop project budgets and monitor spending to ensure efficient resource allocation.
  • Manage logistics, procurement, and assets related to the project.
Team Coordination and Capacity Building:
  • Supervise, mentor, and support field staff and volunteers.
  • Conduct or organize training sessions and workshops as needed.
Communication, Documentation, and Compliance:
  • Prepare project documents, proposals, tools, SOPs, and manuals.
  • Maintain updated records, databases, and documentation of field activities.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws, donor regulations, and organizational policies.
