Important Note for Applicants Kindly go through the job description carefully Position Overview We are seeking a highly experienced and result-oriented Civil Site Engineer to oversee manage and execute construction activities at project sites for residential and commercial real estate developments The incumbent will be responsible for ensuring adherence to project timelines quality standards cost controls and statutory requirements while effectively coordinating with stakeholders and resolving technical challenges This role demands a professional with strong site management expertise leadership skills and a proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale projects Key Responsibilities Project Execution Site Supervision Plan organize and supervise day-to-day on-site construction activities for residential and commercial real estate projects Ensure execution as per approved drawings specifications and quality standards Monitor the progress of work identify delays and implement corrective measures to ensure timely completion Quality Safety Management Enforce strict compliance with safety protocols and statutory regulations at all project sites Conduct quality inspections and ensure adherence to ISO IS codes and organizational quality standards Ensure materials equipment and workmanship comply with required standards Coordination Communication Coordinate with architects consultants contractors vendors and internal project teams to resolve design and execution-related issues Ensure smooth flow of information between site teams project management office and senior management Attend regular project review meetings and provide accurate status updates Technical Documentation Management Review and interpret structural architectural and MEP drawings Prepare and maintain daily progress reports work permits checklists and other site documentation Ensure accurate material reconciliation measurement sheets and billing support to the commercial team Resource Labor Management Plan and optimize the use of manpower machinery and materials for cost-effective operations Supervise subcontractors and labor teams ensuring compliance with project requirements Resolve on-site challenges promptly and provide technical guidance to teams Required Qualifications Skills Education B E B Tech Diploma in Civil Engineering Experience Minimum 12 years of proven work experience in the execution of residential and commercial real estate projects In-depth knowledge of construction methodologies site execution RCC works finishing activities and building codes Strong ability to read and interpret structural architectural and service drawings Proficiency in MS Office AutoCAD and project management tools Excellent leadership communication and decision-making skills Strong problem-solving ability with a focus on timely delivery Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple site operations simultaneously Desired Attributes Proven ability to deliver projects within stipulated cost time and quality parameters Strong organizational and team management skills High level of integrity accountability and attention to detail Willingness to travel and stay at project sites as required Only candidates with relevant experience are requested to share their CVs on WhatsApp at 9575550209 Job Type Full-time Pay 50 000 00 - 70 000 00 per month
