Position Overview We are seeking a highly skilled result-driven and experienced Project Manager - Civil to lead and oversee residential and commercial real estate projects from initiation to completion The role requires a professional with a proven track record of managing large-scale real estate developments ensuring timely delivery within approved budget scope and quality benchmarks The ideal candidate should demonstrate strong technical expertise leadership capabilities and in-depth knowledge of project management principles construction methodologies and real estate execution standards Key Responsibilities Project Planning Execution Lead end-to-end project execution from concept design planning and scheduling to handover of residential and commercial projects Prepare detailed project plans timelines budgets and resource allocations Ensure execution as per approved structural and architectural drawings design specifications and real estate quality standards Monitoring Control Monitor project schedules costs and milestones to ensure timely delivery Conduct regular site inspections to evaluate progress identify potential risks and implement corrective measures Ensure strict compliance with quality control safety norms and statutory regulations at all times Stakeholder Coordination Coordinate with architects consultants contractors vendors government authorities and internal teams for smooth project execution Facilitate clear communication between project teams and senior management Lead progress review meetings and prepare accurate project updates Procurement Vendor Management Oversee procurement of construction materials machinery and equipment Negotiate with vendors and contractors to ensure cost efficiency and timely delivery Ensure proper material management reconciliation and vendor billing processes Reporting Documentation Prepare and present comprehensive project reports including progress updates budget utilization cash flow and cost analysis for senior management review Maintain accurate records of site activities approvals and project documentation Team Leadership Development Lead mentor and motivate site engineers supervisors and contractors to achieve project goals Allocate tasks effectively and monitor team performance for on-time project delivery Resolve on-site technical issues and provide expert guidance to the project team Required Qualifications Skills Education B E B Tech in Civil Engineering mandatory Experience Minimum 10 years of proven experience in managing residential and commercial real estate projects with the ability to handle 10 projects simultaneously In-depth knowledge of construction methodologies finishing works RCC structures safety standards and real estate-specific execution practices Strong expertise in project planning scheduling cost control and resource management Ability to interpret and review structural architectural and MEP drawings Excellent leadership team management negotiation and decision-making skills Proficiency in MS Office AutoCAD and project management software tools Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities under challenging site conditions Important Note for Applicants Only candidates with relevant experience in residential and commercial real estate projects are requested to share their CVs on WhatsApp at 9575550209 Job Type Full-time Pay 50 000 00 - 90 000 00 per month
