We are seeking a talented professional to join our team as AVP, Impact Partnerships. This role is crucial for expanding our impact and driving meaningful change in underserved communities.
**Job Overview:**
As AVP, Impact Partnerships, you will play a key role in identifying, establishing, and managing partnerships with organisations working closely with marginalised communities. You will support the VP, Impact Partnerships and drive strategic collaborations to develop innovative credit programs and scalable solutions that create lasting impact.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Strategic Partnership Development: Identify and cultivate potential partners, including NGOs, social enterprises, government agencies, and relevant stakeholders. Establish and nurture relationships to drive new impact partnerships and expand our reach and impact.
- Program Development: Collaborate with partner organisations to understand community needs, pain points, and intervention opportunities. Design and develop impactful credit programs tailored to unique requirements. Ensure programs align with Rang De's mission and objectives.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Liaise between Rang De and partner organisations, ensuring effective communication, coordination, and collaboration. Build and maintain strong relationships, ensuring active engagement, support, and alignment with Rang De's goals.
- Thought Leadership: Stay informed about emerging trends, best practices, and innovative approaches in the social impact space. Provide strategic guidance and thought leadership to drive continuous improvement and innovation in impact partnership initiatives.
- Monitoring and Evaluation: Establish robust frameworks to track progress and impact of impact partnerships. Regularly assess and report on effectiveness and outcomes of credit programs. Utilise data-driven insights to inform decision-making and improve program performance.
**Requirements:**
- Minimum 6-8 years of professional experience, with significant portion in leadership roles focused on impact partnerships, community development, or social sector engagement.
- Proven track record of establishing and managing impactful partnerships with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of the social impact space, particularly in financial inclusion, credit access, and community empowerment.
- Exceptional strategic thinking and ability to translate vision into actionable plans.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Demonstrated leadership skills, with ability to motivate and mentor a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven mindset.
**Compensation Package:
We offer a competitive salary range of ₹15,00,000 - ₹25,00,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. Additional benefits include flexible work arrangements, generous leave policy, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
