We are seeking a results-driven Key Account Partnership Director to lead the acquisition and onboarding of high-value fashion sellers (HVFS) on Slikk, India's first quick commerce platform for fashion. This role requires strategic thinking, sales expertise, and strong relationship management to secure long-term partnerships with premium brands.

Job Overview

The successful candidate will work closely with the sales and partnerships teams to ensure seamless onboarding, relationship building, and revenue growth for our sellers. This includes identifying key high-value sellers, researching market insights, and networking to target relevant brands for onboarding.

Responsibilities

  • Seller Acquisition: Lead end-to-end sales efforts to attract, engage, and onboard high-value fashion sellers (brands, boutiques, designers).
  • GT M Strategy: Develop and execute a targeted sales strategy to identify and acquire high-value sellers, ensuring mutual success.
  • Commercial Negotiation: Negotiate terms, pricing models, and onboarding plans with sellers to drive high-value partnerships.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders of high-value sellers, working closely with category managers to drive growth.

Qualifications

  • Prior experience in enterprise sales or account management.
  • 2+ years' experience in sales or account management.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in CRM tools and sales management software.

Salary Range: ₹40-₹60 lakhs per annum based on qualifications and experience.
