Having pioneered the model in India in 2008, Rang De's purpose built technology platform has proved to be game changing for providing timely access to credit for thousands of farmers and entrepreneurs. We recently pivoted into an NBFC-P2P and have a highly differentiated model from other peer-to-peer lending platforms.


We are a small team with big dreams and are seeking highly talented and experienced individual to join us in the role of AVP, Impact Partnerships. This role is crucial for expanding our impact and driving meaningful change in underserved communities.


Role Overview:

As AVP, Impact Partnerships, you will play a key role in identifying, establishing, and managing partnerships with organizations working on the ground closely with marginalized communities. You will be supporting VP, Impact Partnerships and will be responsible for driving strategic collaborations to develop innovative credit programs and scalable solutions that create a lasting impact. Your efforts will help us extend our reach, build sustainable relationships, and empower more individuals and communities through access to credit.


Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Partnership Development: Identify and cultivate potential partners, including NGOs, social enterprises, government agencies, and other relevant stakeholders. Establish and nurture strategic relationships to drive new impact partnerships and expand the organization's reach and impact.
  • Program Development: Collaborate closely with partner organizations to understand community needs, pain points, and intervention opportunities. Design and develop impactful credit programs tailored to the unique requirements of each community. Ensure programs align with Rang De's mission and objectives.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a key liaison between Rang De and partner organizations, ensuring effective communication, coordination, and collaboration. Build and maintain strong relationships with partners, ensuring their active engagement, support, and alignment with Rang De's goals.
  • Thought Leadership: Stay informed about emerging trends, best practices, and innovative approaches in the social impact space. Provide strategic guidance and thought leadership to drive continuous improvement, innovation, and optimization of impact partnership initiatives.
  • Monitoring and Evaluation: Establish robust monitoring and evaluation frameworks to track the progress and impact of impact partnerships. Regularly assess and report on the effectiveness and outcomes of credit programs. Utilize data-driven insights to inform decision-making and improve program performance.
  • Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of impact partnership professionals, providing guidance, support, and professional development opportunities. Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the team.


Requirements:

  • Minimum of 6-8 years of professional experience, with a significant portion in leadership roles focused on impact partnerships, community development, or social sector engagement.
  • Proven track record of establishing and managing impactful partnerships with diverse stakeholders, including NGOs, social enterprises, and government agencies.
  • Strong understanding of the social impact space, particularly in the context of financial inclusion, credit access, and community empowerment.
  • Exceptional strategic thinking and ability to translate vision into actionable plans. Proven experience in developing and executing innovative programs that drive social change.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Ability to engage and inspire a wide range of stakeholders, including internal teams, partners, and donors.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and mentor a team to achieve collective goals.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven mindset.
  • Advanced degree in business administration, social sciences, or a related field is preferred.
