- Build and nurture long-term partnerships with our existing customers.
- Identify new opportunities within our existing customer base.
- Provide strategic support to key customers in expanding their business.
- Deliver exceptional business analytics to stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Deep understanding of the Indian staffing industry.
- Outstanding track record of service delivery to customers.
- Experience serving System Integrators/Implementation Partners in the Indian market.
- Strong sales/business development acumen.
- Excellent analytical thinking abilities.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 4-6 years of experience in the Indian staffing/recruitment industry.
- MBA/PGDM with Marketing specialization.
Location and Shift Timings:
- Bengaluru
- 10 AM till 7 PM IST
