Business Development Director for Referral Growth

We are seeking a seasoned Referral Business Program Manager to spearhead our referral program initiatives at LivSpace.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving referral efforts among all Business Managers (BMs), conducting regular audits, disbursing rewards, designing sales strategies, and enhancing repeat referrals from past referrers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive referral efforts among all BMs, ensuring regular touchpoints and engagement.
- Conduct audits and manage the disbursal of referral rewards on a regular basis.
- Enhance repeat referrals from existing referrers through targeted strategies.
- Implement a structured approach to drive referral generation across the organization.
- Ensure 100% compliance and awareness of the referral program and related marketing activities.
- Drive an average of 3.5 referrals per adopted BM and 2.5 referrals per other BM.
- Achieve 100% monthly overall targets per adopted BM.
- Meet cohort referral targets for other BMs to drive program success.
Requirements:
- Any Graduate/Post Graduate degree.
- At least 3+ years of experience in driving sales numbers.
- Proven experience in managing referral programs or sales initiatives.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to drive results through data-driven strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with stakeholders effectively.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong project management skills to execute referral program initiatives effectively.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting to track program performance.
- Team player with ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on compliance and program integrity.
Estimated Salary Range: ₹12,00,000 - ₹20,00,000 per annum based on industry standards and location.
