The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales efforts, conducting regular audits, disbursing referral rewards, designing effective sales schemes, and enhancing repeat referrals from past referrers. We are looking for someone who can implement a structured approach to drive referral generation across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales efforts and input referrals among all BMs, ensuring regular engagement.
- Conduct regular audits and manage the disbursal of referral rewards.
- Enhance repeat referrals from existing referrers through targeted strategies.
- Implement a structured approach to drive referral generation.
Requirements:
- Any Graduate / Post Graduate degree.
- 3+ years of experience in driving sales numbers.
- Proven experience in managing referral programs or sales initiatives.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to drive results through data-driven strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with stakeholders effectively.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong project management skills to execute referral program initiatives.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting to track program performance.
- Team player with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally.

Estimated Salary: ₹15,00,000 - ₹20,00,000 per annum. The salary range may vary based on location and qualifications.
