Business Development Manager

About the Role:

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying new opportunities and building strategic partnerships in the spa industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders

• Identify growth areas and create strategies to capitalize on opportunities

• Pursue franchise opportunities across India and engage in lead generation and conversion

• Drive sales initiatives to achieve revenue targets

• Develop and negotiate contracts and proposals

• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams for seamless strategy

• Manage client relationships and ensure satisfaction

Requirements:

• Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably in the spa or related industry

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

• Ability to analyze market trends and develop effective strategies

• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite

• Strong organizational and time management skills
