Business Development Manager - Nexgenhiringexperts

At Nexgenhiringexperts, we are seeking a skilled Business Development Manager to drive our growth and expansion in the spa industry. This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity for a motivated and experienced professional to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Market Research and Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify new business opportunities and trends in the spa industry.
  2. Strategic Planning: Develop and implement effective business strategies to achieve our company goals and capitalize on emerging opportunities.
  3. Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders to drive business growth and revenue.
  4. Franchise Sales and Development: Pursue franchise opportunities across India and engage in lead generation and conversion for franchise sales.
  5. Sales and Revenue Generation: Drive sales initiatives to achieve revenue targets and develop and negotiate contracts and proposals.
  6. Lead Generation: Identify business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and digital marketing.
  7. Collaboration and Client Management: Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams for seamless strategy and manage client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably in the spa or related industry.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and develop effective strategies.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
