Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Channel Sales Manager to join our team at Tata AIG. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business growth and development in the agency channel.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute business strategies to achieve sales targets and growth in the agency channel.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with agency partners to drive business growth and development.
  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities in the agency channel.
  • Develop and implement sales plans and strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement and optimize sales strategies.
Requirements
  • 7 years of experience in sales and business development in the insurance industry.
  • Graduate or Post-Graduate degree in a relevant field.
  • Strong business acumen and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
