Job Title: Business Development Executive

We are seeking a skilled Business Development Executive to join our team at Naukripay.

Estimated Salary: ₹60,000 - ₹80,000 per month.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling products or services to customers, maintaining customer relationships, and meeting sales quotas.

  • Promote and sell products or services to customers and maintain customer relationships.
  • Analyze customer needs and preferences, develop sales pitches and strategies, generate sales leads, and handle payments and close transactions.
Responsibilities:

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and have a strong understanding of sales principles and practices.

  1. Sell a company's products or services and manage client relationships.
  2. Acquire new customers, negotiate deals, meet sales targets, and stay informed about market trends.
  3. Work in a variety of sectors such as fast-moving consumer goods (FMCGs), technical business, advertising, and pharmaceuticals.
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • At least 2 years of experience in sales or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong understanding of sales principles and practices.
