We are seeking a skilled Business Development Manager to join our team at Snaphunt, a leading player in Nashik's real estate industry. As a Business Development Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and expanding our customer base.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain relationships with potential clients to understand their needs and preferences.
- Develop and execute targeted sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Provide expert knowledge of our properties and pricing to clients, ensuring accurate and timely information.
- Schedule meetings and site visits with clients to showcase our offerings.
- Maintain accurate records in our CRM system, ensuring seamless communication and follow-up with clients.
- Follow up with leads to nurture them through the sales process.
- Requirements:
- Excellent verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex information to clients.
- Sales-oriented with persuasive abilities, able to close deals and build strong relationships.
- Prior experience in business development or sales is highly preferred, with a proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets.
- Proficiency with CRM software, ensuring efficient data management and client communication.
