Regional Human Resources Manager

We are seeking a seasoned professional to spearhead the regional HR function. As Regional Human Resources Manager, you will be responsible for managing the entire human capital lifecycle, encompassing recruitment, talent development, performance management, personnel administration, and strategic planning.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Manage the full recruitment process, including job postings, interviews, and offers.
  • Establish relationships with hiring managers to understand their recruitment requirements.
  • Evaluate and ensure compliance with all relevant policies and procedures.

About Key Tasks:

Talent Acquisition:

  • Design and execute targeted recruitment campaigns to secure exceptional candidates.
  • Coordinate and facilitate the entire recruitment process, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
  • Foster strong connections with internal stakeholders to comprehend their recruitment needs.

Learning and Development (L&D):

  • Create and implement impactful L&D initiatives to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Promote and deliver comprehensive training programs, including workshops, seminars, and online courses.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of L&D programs and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.

Performance Management System (PMS):

  • Deliver thorough training on PMS policies and associated procedures to the regional team.
  • Provide expert guidance and support to managers and employees on PMS policies and procedures.
  • Certify that the PMS process is completed by the regional team within the designated timeframe.

Personnel Administration:

  • Offer specialized guidance and support to managers and employees on HR policies and procedures.
  • Oversee employee relations, addressing disciplinary actions, grievances, and conflicts effectively.
  • Develop and execute strategies to boost employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
  • Evaluate and ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations.

Operational Support:

  • Supervise the day-to-day administrative operations of the regional office.
  • Ensure the maintenance of office facilities, encompassing housekeeping, hygiene, and upkeep.
  • Procure and manage pantry supplies, office materials, and other essentials in a timely manner.
  • Maintain effective communication with employees, visitors, and external partners.
