Job Title:

Financial Analyst

Role Overview:

This is a key role within the finance organization, supporting the delivery of strategic and operational objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with business teams to develop financial forecasts, including revenue projections, cost profiles, and margin analysis.
  • Perform variance analysis of actual results versus forecast and budget.
  • Develop executive-level reporting packages, including presentations and dashboards for internal stakeholders.
  • Conduct in-depth financial modeling and analysis to support business challenges and inform decision-making.
  • Cross-functionally drive change with stakeholders through data-driven insights.
Requirements:
  • 1-3 years of relevant experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or business analytics.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Leadership & Collaboration: Develop relationships with business stakeholders and establish yourself as a trusted advisor.
  • Technical Skills: Strong understanding of financial statements, budgeting, and forecasting principles. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and intermediate in PowerPoint.
  • Analytical Thinking: Translate complex data into actionable recommendations.
  • Communication: Effectively present financial insights and findings.
