Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Change Management Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge and experience in managing change initiatives across various business processes.

The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to develop and implement effective change management strategies. They will be responsible for identifying project risks, creating mitigation plans, and overseeing the execution of change initiatives to ensure minimal disruption to normal business operations.

This is an individual contributor role, focusing on applying technical expertise rather than managing people. However, coaching and mentoring less experienced staff, as well as informal supervisory responsibilities, are common.

The colleague at this level will handle most situations independently, receiving minimal guidance but seeking advice on more complex topics. They will understand the overall nature of the business and the interdependencies between own and other functions.

A key responsibility of this role is to adapt departmental plans and priorities to address resource and operational challenges. This requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to influence others and drive results.
