Change Management Specialist

">Job Description:

As a Change Management Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the execution of projects from start to finish. This includes coordinating multiple waves or tracks of change and ensuring seamless internal and external reporting, tracking, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage active change initiatives as assigned.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers, handling all inquiries, decisions, actions, and updates.
  • Provide first-line support for internal and customer issues, escalating matters when necessary.
  • Facilitate governance calls and meetings for internal and customer updates.
  • Develop and conduct relevant training sessions for the change management team.
  • Participate in assessments to gauge training needs within the team.
  • Understand the strategic business objectives of customers and contribute to defining project scope, goals, and deliverables.
  • Assist in creating and reviewing transition solutions for RFPs/RFIs and pre-sales support.
  • Identify and define business cases; outline project tasks and resource requirements.
  • Develop comprehensive project charters, project plans, and transition plans.
  • Combine process migration activities with IT implementation.
  • Optimize change methodologies to reduce time, costs, risks, and retain/improve quality.
  • Responsible for risk management and developing mitigation plans.
  • Responsible for driving process-specific business continuity planning.
  • Generate and maintain project management documents, including status reports and project plans.
Requirements:
  • Graduate or Post-Graduate degree.
  • 10+ years of experience in Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) / Business Process Management (BPM).
  • Experience in IT transitions not required.
