Senior Change Manager

As a Senior Change Manager, you will play a key role in driving transformational change initiatives across the organization. Your primary objective will be to facilitate and coordinate Agile Release Trains (ARTs) to ensure that multiple teams within a program are aligned and delivering value efficiently.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Facilitating Agile planning and events to ensure readiness across scope, content, and logistics
  • Supporting planning execution, including monitoring, facilitating periodic synchronization events, and supporting cross-team backlog refinement
  • Providing coaching to teams and Scrum Masters on cross-team agile principles, team events, and practices
  • Mitigating risks by identifying and tracking cross-team dependencies and ensuring mitigation to support delivery of outcomes

Additionally, you will be responsible for:

  • Facilitating stakeholder collaboration, building trust with stakeholders, and driving stakeholder alignment
  • Championing Ways of Working and Agile culture, creating a safe and trusting environment for team members to share ideas and take appropriate risks
  • Coordinating interlock and dependency management, driving partnership and synchronization across teams to facilitate release management across stakeholder groups
  • Optimizing flow by monitoring delivery status, ensuring technology use and data quality, addressing bottlenecks, and serving as a point of escalation

Requirements:

  • Experience with Release Train Management, Scaled Agile Implementation, Change Management, Capacity and Demand Alignment, Performance Metrics, Stakeholder Engagement, Risk Management, and Agile methodologies
  • Strategic thinking and ability to develop long-term plans that align with organizational objectives
  • Change agent skills, proactive in driving change and fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement
  • Collaborative leadership skills, strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships across all levels of the organization
  • Results-oriented, focused on delivering results and achieving goals consistently
