Digital Transformation Change Manager

We are seeking a Change Manager to support digital transformation initiatives.

This position is a contract role with an initial duration of 4 months and may be renewable.

As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring stakeholders are informed, engaged, and ready for change.

Your primary responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating change management activities across multiple digital transformation projects
  • Maintaining and updating our knowledge intranet site
  • Gathering and analyzing stakeholder feedback to improve communication strategies
  • Monitoring, tracking, and reporting on communication reach, engagement, and change adoption

Key qualifications include:

  • A minimum of 2-3 years' experience in change management, change communication, or instructional design
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Management Studies, Change Management, or related fields
  • Knowledge of change management methodologies (e.g., ADKAR, Kotter)
  • Strong writing and storytelling skills to simplify complex topics
  • Instructional design expertise

The ideal candidate will possess high emotional intelligence and adaptability across diverse business cultures, as well as strong project planning and coordination skills.
