Job Title: Sr Digital Market Activation Lead

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful digital change management.
  • Proactively lead digital initiatives, identifying and mitigating risks to deliver quality results on time.
  • Develop and implement training programs for local markets, manage staff pilot activities, and track feature performance.
  • Lead a team of Digital Market Activation Managers, responsible for people strategy, recruitment, and performance management.
  • Facilitate communication between Value Streams, Digital Product Managers, and the Business to ensure alignment and awareness of progress.

Requirements:
  • Experience working directly with individual markets or regions to support local business readiness for digital change.
  • Excellent negotiation, relationship management, analytical, planning, and governance skills.
  • Subject Matter Expertise in digital channels, internal/external communications, operational impact assessment, training, migration, and implementation planning.
  • Strong commercial focus, ability to balance risks vs. rewards, maximize cost-effectiveness, and profitability.
  • Pragmatic decision-making skills, good understanding of project methodology, frameworks, and best practices.
  • Ability to take a portfolio view and effectively manage multiple market deliveries and releases.
