We are seeking a highly skilled Change Implementation Specialist to join our team.

Job Description:

The Change Implementation Specialist will be responsible for managing and coordinating the lifecycle of standard, emergency, and normal changes. This includes reviewing change requests for completeness, risk, and impact before meetings with stakeholders.

  • Schedule and communicate approved changes to relevant stakeholders.
  • Ensure adherence to change management policies and service level agreements.
  • Maintain accurate records in IT service management tools.

The Change Implementation Specialist will also assist in post-implementation reviews and document lessons learned. Additionally, they will support audits and compliance reporting related to change activities.

Requirements:

To be successful as a Change Implementation Specialist, you should have:

  • 4 - 12 years experience in change management.
  • A strong understanding of ITIL change management processes.
  • Hands-on experience with IT service management tools.
  • Ability to assess risk and impact of changes in complex IT environments.
  • Excellent coordination, documentation, and communication skills.
